Ginger Downs, RCE, CAE, IOM
Ginger Downs has been managing REALTOR® associations since September 1983. During that time, she managed 6 associations, including a commercial real estate overlay association. Ginger joined the Chicago AOR as its’ CEO in November 2005.
In her first two years, Ginger focused on building a strong association staff and retooling all internal aspects of the association. This upcoming year, she plans to focus primarily on creating closer connections between C.A.R. membership and strategic alliances organizations within the Chicagoland community.
Ginger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as several designations, including the Certified Association Executive (CAE), REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) and the Graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management (IOM).
