New 6 hr. Broker Licensing Course Approved for CE Credit Via Self Study
The 6 hour broker management course, which is mandatory for all brokers renewing their license, has now been approved for self study. Brokers are urged to complete the course as soon as possible, as all brokers must pass this course in order to renew their license before April 30,2008. Click Here for more information
Broker Renewal Deadline is April 30, 2008
The 2008 broker renewal deadline is April 30, 2008. In order to renew their license brokers must complete their continuing education requirements. In addition to the 12 hours normally required, a 6 hour Broker Management course is required as well. More information regarding requirements & course dates
