The Chicago Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation (CAREF) is the research and philanthropic arm of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Through identification and funding priorities that include education, research, and community development programs, CAREF encourages real estate agents and brokers to become active in their profession and communities, serve as role models and mentors, and expand their professional knowledge.
Chicago Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation raises, manages, and invests funds to increase people's knowledge about real estate to sustain and advance the credibility of the industry.
The Designation or Certification Scholarship is awarded to up to 5 REALTORS® annually. The Scholarship is awarded based on the applicant's indication of interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry and letters of recommendations. All applicants must a resident of the State of Illinois.
The Higher Education Scholarship is awarded up to five students annually and is available to REALTORS® or immediate family members of REALTORS®. Scholarship awards are based on the applicant’s indication of interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry and letters of recommendation.
The REALTORS® Real Estate School Pre or Post License Study Scholarship is awarded up to five RRES students annually. Scholarship awards are based on the applicant’s indication of interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry and letters of recommendation.
